BRIDGE WRECKED, OFFICER INJURED
(Received August 7, 1 p.m.) FREMANTLE, This Day. Tlie freighter Ban-hill, on a voyage from Rotterdam to Fremantle, was struck by lightning at the height of a gale on July .24. A portion of tho bridge was wrecked and the thivd'oflicer- injured by flying timber.
