RULING OF EUGENICS COURT
(Received July 23, 1 p.m.) "BERLIN, July 24. The Minister of Justice has ap proved the'ruling of .'the Eugenics Court, whereby foreigners are subject to the sterilisation laws, but caa evade them by leaving Germany. Already two hundred sterilisations of Germans "have been- carried out since April 1.
