Glasgow, of Turakina, and has not previously started in a race. Cynola, another unraced candidate for maiden honours at Marton tomorrow, is a five-year-old bay mare by Cynic from the St. Felix mare lola, who did a little racing a decade or so. ago, but was only once ever in the money. Cynola is owned by Mr. W. B. Scott, o£ Feilding. Bacclms i Marsh, probably named after Phar Lap's training quarters in Victoria, will catry his breeder Mr. W. G. The name Repar on the maiden acceptance lis.t for Marton should have been Keipar, a three-year-old bay gelding by Groyspear from the Solferino Peradoringa, a half-sister to the hurdler Monetize. Reipar is owned by Mr. C. 11. Moss. Le Sable, engaged in the maiden at Marton tomorrow, was previously accepted for a race as Le Sande, but he did not start, lie is a four-year-old gelding by Sandslar, and Ins name has recently been amended to the French' word meaning sand. According to a Dunedin report Mr. J. M. Samson has left'hospital and appears to be on' the high road to a return to his usual robust health. Mr. W. T. Ilazlett has sold the Arausio "gelding Gold Ray in Melbourne. Gold Ray won?a Novice Handicap at-Pakonham last Apiil. The sale price was £200.
