BREAKING AND ENTERING CHARGE

DUNEDIN, July 23. The quarterly sessions of the.Supremo Court opened this morning before Mr. Justice Kennedy.

J. Angus Macdonald and William Boyd appeared for trial on charges of breaking and entering, theft, and receiving stolen goods. The charges were that the accused during May. on tjvo'. occasions broke and entered the warehouse of the Alexandra Freezing Co. and stole rabbitskins of the value of £60, and on. June 7 at Dunedin received from some person or persons unknown ,six. bags of rabbitskins, valued at £30, the property, of the Aiexandra.freezing. Co. r -knowing :them.,to have been dishonestly obtained. The case was unfinished when the Court adjourned.
