ARRESTS IN AUSTRIA
ALLEGED SOCIALIST PLOT

VIENNA, July 23. The Government has discovered a Socialist plot and made- a thousand arrests in forty-eight hours, resulting in the prisons being overcrowded. The arrested persons are being placed in a concentration camp in the Armbruster factory, formerly occupied by the makers of Royal carriages. The authorities refuse details of the plot.
