NEGLIGENT DRIVING CHARGE
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, This Day. j The Supreme Court quarterly sessions opened before Mr. Justice Johnston this morning. True bills were returned in v the cases of John Robert Niinmo, charged with negligent driving causing the death of Ivan Herbert Smith. * No bill was returned in the case against Margaret Lncy Dickel, charged with the murder of her infant, and the prisoner was discharged.
