SWABS TAKEN OF TEAM'S . THROATS
(Received- July, 10, ,1 p.m.) j LONDON, July 9. Kippax: was carried in a stretcher from the .hotel and taken in an ambulance to hospital. While tho -official diagnosis is tonsilitis, it is understood that swabs have been taken of ; all the team's throats, and Kippax, as a precautionary measure, has been placed in jan isolation ward.
