U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
STUDY ON BROAD LINES

The Secretary for Commerce (Mr: D. C. Boper) has announced that an interdepartmental commission had been appointed to study broad shipping policy, and to recommond to Congress legislation to substituto for tho present system of ocean-mail subsidies.
