PLANS FOR CELEBRATION
LONDON, May 15.
Arrangements for celebrating the King's Silver Jubileo are in the hands of a special committee, including members of Cabinet, court officials, and representatives of Dominion Governments. The festivities will -probably last some weeks.
. Boy Scouts propose :i ring of bonfires stretching round the jSmpirc for the purpose of setting the Empire ablaze.
