An experiment which proved successful was tried with the Night Raid—Receipt three-year-old Blisten at. Warwick' Farm and'which suggested that he has been raced out of his distance. He won a mile Tace ab a tv, o-year-old, which might have suggested that he was a staying type, whereas rather he iB a sprinter. On Saturday he was weighted at 8.9- in the open six furlongs (7.0 minimum) and was practically disregarded by the rank and file of punters, although some of the better-informed did not overlook him. It was considered that he would ibe slow to find his feet.
