PACERS' MATCH RACE
IMPROMPTU JOINS UP
In view of the fine recent form of tho North Island pacer Impromptu, who won the match race at the Northland Trotting Club's April Meeting at Auckland, the officials of tho Wellington Trotting Club consider that the field for- the match race at Hutt Park would not bo truly representative without his inclusion.
Impromptu's owner, Mr. .-M.. C. Moran, of Hamilton, is keenly desirous once more of pitting his.pacer against the Dominion's best,' as ho considers his pacer one of the best torses in commission ■in .the Dominion. Impromptu put up a mile grass track record at tho Waikato Trotting Club's Meeting last Saturday when he covered the distance from, a flying start in 2miri 4 l-ssee.
