United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 12, S a.m.) SYDNEY, May 11. The Australian Jockey Club announces that the C. W. Cropper Plate, hitherto a six-furlongs weight-for-age race, will in future be weight-for-age with penalties and allowances somewhat similar to the Cnulfield Futurity Stakes. The prizemoney has been increased from £1000 to £1500. It is understood that the alteration is due to the paucity of starters in the Croppec Plate in. the past two years, ]
