Unsalted: New Zealand, 76s to 775; Australian, 745. Cheese has more inquiry. New Zealand, white 44s 6d per ewt, coloured 43s 6d. There is no Australian offering.
A. S. Paterson and Co., Ltd., advise haying received cable advice from J. and J. Lonsdale and Co. (London), Ltd., as follows:—Butter: Market firm. New Zealand, 76s per cwt; Australian, 73s to 745; Danish, 64s f.0.b., 85s landed. Cheese: Market firm. White, 455; coloured, 445. A. J. Hills and Co., London, cable the following market prices as ruling at the close of business on Thursday'last:—Butter: The market is firm. New Zealand finest, 74s to. 75s per cwt; firsts,'74s; unsalted, 76s to 775. Danish, 80s to 81sDanish, f.0.b., 63s to 645. Australian choicest 735, first grade 725. Siberian, 70s to 71s. Baltic States, 69s to 70s. Irish /2s. Cheese: Market is firm. New Zealand, white 44s to 44s 6d, coloured 43s 6d to 445; Canadian, white and coloured (old seasons make), 52s to 545. Joseph Nathan and Company, Ltd., have received from Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd,, London,- the following cabled advice, dated May 10:—New Zealand butter: ias per cwt. New Zealand cheese: White, 44s 6d per cwt: coloured, 44s per cwt. . Daljrdty and Co. are advised by cable from Samuel Page and Son, Ltd., London, as tollows:— ■
