BOLIVIA'S THREAT
TO BOMBARD ASUNCION

VANCOUVER, May 10,
A message from La Paz states that Bolivia on Thursday notified foreign legations that if the reports of Paraguay's mistreating Bolivian prisoners of war were confirmed, the air force of Bolivia would begin a bombardment of Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay.
