. APIA, April 5. Among tho passengers on board, the Mani Pomare, which left Apia for New Zealand today, is the Administrator, Brigadier-General H. E. Hart, who is accompanied by Captain Fairbrother, A.D.C., and Mrs. Fairbrother. i
The Administrator will be away from the territory till the encliof May. During his absence Mr. A. C. Turnbull, secretary to the Administrator, will bo Acting Administrator.
