PRACTICES COMMENCING
Most of-the local Eilgby football clubs have held their annual 'meetings, and attention is now being turned to training operations for the-coming season. Several of the clubs will Wave matches at Easter. The Marist. Club is sending its representatives to compete in the .Spillane tournament at Auckland, and a Wellingotn Club team is to go to Christchurch. These, however, do not by any means complete the list of Easter engagements. The Berhampore Club, which is looking to a njuch more successful season after having been through a building-up process, is holding its first training night in the gymnasium tomorrow, when much new talent is likely; to be revealed.
