Mrs. Burgos "Watson lias arrived in Wellington from Auckland, and is staying at the Midland Hotel. Mrs. John Twhigg, Kilbirnie, who is visiting Taupo and Napier, expects to return to "Wellington on Friday. Miss Betty CotteriJl, Christcimrch, arrived in Wellington this morning, and is the guest of Mrs. John Duncan, Heretaunga. Miss Margaret Gibbs, AVillis Street, left Wellington this morning by the lonic for a six months' trip to England. ' ' ■ - Miss Lulu Dyer, Tinakori Road, will leave for England 15y the Tamaroa on April 3. Dr. and Mrs. Seton Norris, Porirua, are spending a holiday at Waipukurau. | Mr. and Mrs. Stan Riddler, Heretaunga, have returned home, having spent a month at their cottage at Paraparaumu. Mrs. Chisholm "Whitney, Auckland, will leave by the Tamaroa on April 3 for a visit to England. Miss A. Thomas, Gisborne, will leave Wellington on Saturday morning by the Ruahine for England. Mrs. Keith Ollivier, Christchurch, is spending a holiday in Wellington. Dr. and Mrs. H. McNeil Anderson, who arrived in New Zealand recently, from China, left this morning by the lonic for England, where Dr. Anderson will spend his furlough. Mrs. B. C. Rutherford, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned to Hororata. "Mrs. H. L. Bowker, Shirley, 'Christchurch, arrived in ' AVellington yesterday morning. Miss Gwen Newman, has returned to Wellington, after visiting Mrs. W. Raymond, Timaru. Among recent Wellington -visitors to Wanaka Hotel, Pembroke, were Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Gillies, Mrs. E. E. Gillon, Miss J. Hindmarsh, Miss J. Duncan, Mr. R. R. Beaumont, Mr. J. Gillon, and Mr. N. Hossack. , Miss F. Nixon, Oamaru, is among the) guests at the Grand Hotel. Miss Gordon and Miss Warry (Sydney), and Mrs. Willes (Christchurch), arid Miss Kearton (London) are among the guests at the Midland Hotel. Miss Wyllie (New Plymouth) and Miss N. Shelton " (Palmerston North) are among tho guests at the Hotel St. George. ...
