New Zealand Baconer Pigs — 120/160, 6d (6d). Lamb market.—Meeting with improved demand, with slightly higher prices for lambs, 36/ under. Mutton market. —Wethers and ewes remain very firm owing to continued short spot stocks. Beef market. Slightly easier. Demand checked by low prices of Argentine chilled beef. New .Zealand porker pigs.—Prices slightly easier owing to large supplies from the United States of America. New Zealand baconer pigs.—Market steady with fair trade.
