PurseL and Glemossie were responsible for a nice ivork-out over Wt miles -^ Jean Parnsh, -who will bo making her first appearance since going into the hards of Mr. J. S. Atigustj sen, had the better of a companion over, a mile and a quarter. Bingen Palm was given, strong wo k over a, mile and a quarter. This fullbrother to Olive Nelson made a good impression at the Greymoutu Meeting at New Year, where he won easily in the Guinness and Victoria Park Handicaps, of V& and VA rndes, in 3mm 24 4-ssee and 2min 50 3-osee respectively , His meeting with Village Guy will be full of mteiest Since his last appearance at Hutt Park f w-he.n he finished second to Silk Coat m the Kaitoke Handicap Tiot Germanicus has gone into the hands of J J.
