(Received March 1, 2 p.m.) DUBLIN, February 28. Uproar followed, de Valera Party members shouting-, "Dirty little rat." Mr. Hogan continued: Give the Blue Shirts another year and blackguardism will cease.- Mr. de Valera,: who goes round Ireland calling us traitors and accusing us of taking Englandfs part, is primarily responsible for the breakdown of the Free State's law. I have more respect for a little blackguard who raids a house in Cork than ' for de Valcra. England is a "-great country. Aide Valeraite interjected, "Was." Mr. Hogani^What's the use of us barking, like terriers at the heels, of a country with. 40,000,000 people, .whose greatness is found in respect for law? ' The debate was adjourned.
