LONDON, February 27,
Forty hunger marchers, headed by Messrs. Mac Govern and Maxton, M.P.s, attempted to interview Mr. MaeDonaia at No. 10 Downing Street.
The police ■intercepted them- .and permitted the six leaders,to go to the door. They if qnnd Mr. Mac Donald absent and asked his private secretary to request, him to receive the deputation.. Later the crowd dispersed after Mr. Maxton threatened ifhnt. if tho'constitutional doors were shut against the unemployed, other doors would have to bo opened. ■ ■:
