BOLIVIAN SURRENDER
PARAGUAYAN REPORT
VANCOUVEB, December 11. A message from Asun^ipn (Paraguay) states that it wa ■ ifhofficially reported on Monday that tho Fourth and Ninth Bolivian Army Divisions had surrendered to the Paraguayans with more than seven hundred officers and ten thousand troops and large quantities of war materials The report of the surrender followed earlier official communiques by the War Ministry in which tho surrender oi 1900 1 Bolivianß was announced.
