(Received December 13, 2 p.m.) LONDON, December 12. Tho critics in tho newspapers agree that the M.C.C. has spoken its last word in a .barren controversy. The "Star" says that it is clear there will be no bowling at the man in the next Tests. The issue is dead and the Australians ought to let it lie down.
