CANBEEKA, This Day. Concessions to telephone subscribers, representing a loss in revenue of inoro tlian £.40,000 annually, were announced by tho Postmaster-General, Mr. K. A. Parkhill, in the House of Representatives. He also announced that free wireless licences would bo available for all blind persons over sixteen.
