SYDNEY, This Day

Mr. C.- T. P. Ulm stated that everything was rphdy for tho flight to New Zealand, but the weather remained unsatisfactory. "I am getting weather reports three times a clay," 'he said, "concerning conditions over tho. Tasman. The weather for the past week has been very unsettled over the whole route, and the latest reports indicate a. strong head wind of about thirty miles an hour." Mr. Ulm added that there was a possibility of his leaving Richmond late in tho afternoon for New Plymouth. This would mean an allr night flight over the Tasman, but would, ensure landing in daylight.
