WEDDING IN ENGLAND

(From "The Post's" Representative.) LONDON, September 29.

The marriage of Mr. Kanald Alexander Noel Paton, of Coldos, Port of Menteith,. Perthshire, and Miss Una Buddie, the only daughter of the lato Mr. C. F. Buddie, of Auckland, and of Mrs. Buddie, of Old Naval Hospital, Gibraltar, took place at St. James's Church, Piccadilly, on September 27. The ]Rev. C. Sampson officiated. Mr. John Horn escorted the bride, who wore, a Eevillo gown in oyster grey, delicately grooved panne velvet, made en bias in graceful lines, with the new soft, high neckline. Ovor the gown was a Vandyked, capelet of the same velvet, lined with orchid silk. The cape draperies were held by diamond brooches. A small elbso-fltting hat of the samo velvet had a heron mount of brown, and narrow stiffened veil of tulle. A spray of orchids and lilies of the valley was carried. Miss Helen Noel Paton, a niece of the bridegroom, was in attendance. With a dress, of biscuit-colour satin, ornamented with satin panels, inserted on the dull side, she wore a small velour hat to tone, and carried a bouquet of pale pink roses. Major Donald Paton was-best man to his brother. A number of New Zealand and English friends attended the ceremony.
