Mr. Noel Panter has arrived. He says that foreign newspapers were never forbidden to report the Kelheiin review though the Nazi policy was to impede them in news-gathering. .'.,
Mr. Panter will place the facts before the Foreign Office on November 6. He does* not anticipate further action against his colleagues, because he thinks the Nazis realise their blunder.
