MOORE—DALE.

The wedding took plaeo recently at All Saints' Church, Kilbirnie, of Mary Kathleen Dale, eldest daughter of Mrs. I. Dale, Kilbirnie (late Chelsea, London) and the late Mr. J. .0. Dale, to Adrian. James Moore, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. James Moore, Mirainar. The Rev. Canon Sykes performed the ceremony. The bride, charmingly attired in a simple fitting gown of white faille, with deep frills on the hemline and ruehing round the neck, was escorted by Mr. Oscar Johnson, an old friend of the bride's family. Her veil of Brussels I lace, was arranged in cap fashion and 'finished with orango blossoms, and her bouquet was of arum, lilies. The bride's two sisters, Freda and Queenie, i were bridesmaids. They wore pale pink and blue organdi.e fitting gowns with Victorian neckline and deep frills on the hem. They each carried Vicitorian baskets of sweet peas and hyacinths. Mr. E. Weakley was best man and Mr. P. King groomsman. At the church door the bride was presented with a horseshoe by little John MeArthur.

A reception was held later. Mrs. Dale received her guests wearing an ensemble of cherry elaine with tagol hat and posy to tone. Mrs. Moore- wore a navy maroeain dress and carried a spring

posy. The bride and bridegroom travelled north, the bride wearing a smartly tailored costume of military grey.
