RUGBY, November 3. The stock market is cheerful. British stocks are firm, with 3% per cent. War Loan £100 10s; German, 7 per cent, bonds, £80 15s". -Oil shares, are strong on the petrol price advance. Kaffirs are inactive, but are firmer.
