i ' PARIS, November 4. The Premier (M. Sarraut), by 32f votes to 32, received a vote of confix donee in the Chamber. The abstentions numbered fif.ty. M. Sarraut told, mombcrs that his financial policy was the sanie as that of tho'last Govern.raent except /for some personal ideas. Economics were necessary, and, th« Civil Service personnel must be re« duued. (Cheers.)
