ERROR OF JUDGMENT
SERVICE-CAR ACCIDENT
(Speuial to the "Eveninn Post.") PALMEBSTON N., This Day. The Gtoroner (Mr. A. J. Graham) conducted an inquiry yesterday into the circumstances of the fatality on the main roflid to Wellington last Thursday evening, when a service car driven by Kenmnth Froßt, of Napier, overturned and the driver was killed. The accident occurred sis miles from Palmerston North, and a lady passenger was slightly injured. The Coroner remarked that apparently the accident was duo to an error of i judgment on the part of the driver in negotiating, tho corner. Ho had, how-(it-er, shown vomarkablo ability in driving the\ car after it left the road, and had it not been for the ditch ho would probably hjivo brought, the vehicle back to tho road.
