APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL

In tho Appeal Court today Lady Hunter applied for an adjournment of her application for conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council in connection with the Hunter estate until March next. Mr. H. H. Cornish, who appeared for the trustees in the estate, said his instructions were that the case should be disposed of, but he did not think .in any event, judging from tho fixtures made by tho Court, that the case could possibly bo reached at the present sittings of the Court of Appeal. The Chief Justice said that on a previous occasion tho Court had mentioned an alternative course for consideration by the trustees and by Lady Hunter. ■ The Court granted Lady Hunter's application for an adjournment until March,
