Heavy rains have fallen over the northern and central coast river, areas during the last two days when local floodings occurred. Many rivers are rising in the central and south-western districts of Queensr land. Heavy losses of sheep are reported, one station losing 730. ' Railway services on some sections are interrupted. The railway bridge over the Bulloo River is covered, and the water is rising at the rate of two inches an hour. Coastal shipping encountered high seas on tho north coast of New South Wales. Five coasters r!- \7tcrcd yesterday. -
