Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Todd, Moles--wortfr Street, who have been motoring in the north, havo returned to Wellington. Miss Nancy Nelson Wright, The Vicarage, Akaroa, passed through Wellington en route to Coromandel, where she will be the guest of Mrs. W. Staveley. Mrs. Gardiner and her daughter, Miss Audrey Hicks, Napier, aro paying a visit to Wellington. Miss Eileen Hegarty, Gisborne, who has spent some months in Wellington with her aunt, Mrs. C. Todd, Upland Eoad, returned home' on Thursday. Mrs. Drayton Bamfield, who has been paying extended visits to her sons at Mastcrton, Te Aroha, and Tauianga, is. now staying with friends in Wellington before leaving for the south. Mrs. C. G. Amyes,' Femside, Christehureh, and her daughter have returned home after a visit to tha North IslandMrs. E. Martin, who has been spending several months with -Mrs. Sydney Dransficld, Auckland, has returned to Wellington. Miss Olive Round, Fendalton, Christ.jhurch, who will leave by the Wanganella for Sydney, where she joins the Ormonde en route for Great Britain, is the guest of Mrs. D. C. Sound, Lower Hutt. Miss Bound will visit relatives in. Devon on her arrival in England. Miss Beasley, Saa Francisco, is staying with her niece, Mrs. Jenson, Wellington. She will leave on her return to America early in December. Miss Lily Copplestone, well known in New Zealand as a champion swimmer, .is at present living in Toronto. She is a clerk 4n a- merchant's office, and she also teaches swimminjr to a large number of pupils. Mrs. F. Thomas is a Wellington visitor to Auckland. Mrs. N. MeHardy Smith, Wellington, is spending a holiday in Auckland. Miss A. White-Parsons, Christchurch, is among the guests at the Grand Hotel. Staying at the Ilotol St. George aro Mrs J. M. Faneett (California), Mrs. E. R. and Miss E. Webb (Christehutch), Miss Jennio Benson (Melbourne), and Miss Pinch (Palmerston North). Mis. J. W. Pearshouse (Sydney) and Mis* Richmond (Nelson) are among the guests at the Royal Oak Hotel. I
