DOLLFUSS DICTATOR
FORECAST IN AUSTRIA

■ LONDON, September 20. The Vienna correspondent of the British United Press states that it is believed the reconstruction of the Austrian Cabinet will approximate to a dictatorship, Dr. Dollfuss concentrating in his own hands the command of all armed forces.
