APPEAL TO WESTMINSTER
(Received September 21, 2 p.m.) PERTH, This Day. A Parliamentary Select Committee recommended the appointment of a nonParliamentary committee td prepare an address to the King, a statement of the case for gecession, and applications to both Houses of the Imperial Parliament for legislation to effect the- withdrawal of Western Australia from the Federation. The Legislative Council adopted the recommendation.
