SPECULATION FORBIDDEN

BERLIN, September 19.

Herr Darre, Minister of Agriculture^ has assumed a dictatorship of grain production. He forbids all speculative future dealings in grain and establishes fixed prices for wheat and rye. H« states that any infringements of th« order to restrict production will b# severely punished.

Farmers are being warned that pro* duetiou. during the present autumn; should not exceed that of the autumn of' 1932. "Farmers should be firmly; established on the land and charge a fair price. Their duty is to theilj race."
