George Walker defeated Jack Patterson in the fifth round of a wrestling match tonight before a, large crowd. The bout was characterised by rough -tactics and showmanship, Patterson offending . most with the illegal use of his .elbow and strangleholds. ■ ''Patterson secured a fall in the secoud round .with a flying body scissors and body press, aud Walker evened in the fourth round witlya.'back dump and body press.
