Government will, stop excursion trains on Sunday. It is noW bein% asked-whether Mr. de Valera will invoke the Public. Safety Act and veto the demonstration.- If so, it would be a piquant reversal of purpose, as Mr. Cosgravo introduced the Act to suppress the Republican Army. The Act gives a tribunal powers of life and death. . .
