A GREAT CANAL

The Russians are planning to add another great canal to the world's waterways. If this project comes to fruition as tho result of investigations by an expert committee which the Bussion Government has appointed, the Black Sea-Caspian Canal will rank among the greatest in the world. Tho projected canal will be nearly 400 miles long, and will run from a point a little south of Astrakhan on tho Caspian to Rostov on the Black Sea.
