The Brisbane Maru has been further delayed by rain at Wellington, and now expects to leave here for Auckland on Monday morning. UNION COMPANY SUPERANNUITANTS.

The twenty-flrst annual meeting of the Superannuation Association of tho Union Steam Ship Company was held last Tuesday. Sir. A. XV. Wheeler presided. V The trustees annual report and balance-sheet for tho year ended May 31, 1933, were adopted. Messrs. A. W. Wheeler, C. H. Hughes, and Ji W. Matthcwson were re-elected as the staff trustees for the ensuing year. The chairman announced that the next quinquennial investigation would take placo after tho closo of tho next financial year, i.e., May 31, 1934.
