LONDON, August 1. The sensational recovery Is announced of £20,000 worth of jewels which were supposed to have been burnt in Dalmore House, Boss-shire. Lord and Lady Temple had returned from a ■wedding in Inverness Cathedral to find their home burning, and jewels worth £50,000 were apparently destroyed. , A few days later two boys, while fish, ing, idly kicked a cardboard bos, which revealed a number of emeralds, diamonds, and a Tope of pearls Valued at at least £20,000. The police have now arrested a man at Lord Temple's Somersetshire house, Newton Park.
