ATTITUDE TO DISARMAMENT
LONDON, July 31. Mr. Arthur Henderson, whose return to Parliament is practically assured through the Clay Cross Labour Party selecting him to contest the vacancy caused by Mr. C. Duncan's death, says that he is not abandoning the chairmanship of the Disarmament Conference, but is doing his best to end the conference this year.
