BLOW TO EXPORTS
GERMANY'S RAISED DUTIES
("Times" Cable.) < LONDON, July 31. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says a further blow at British textile exports to Germany is a decree raising the import duties on cotton yarns as a result of a protest meeting at Berlin denouncing British dumping.
