The Poverty Bay Turf Club's Winter Meeting opened In dull weather. The track was dead after the recent heavy rains. The totalisator handled £3132, compared with £3395. at the now defunct Glsbome Racing Club's Winter Meeting last year, a decrease of £203 10s.. Results: —
