LONDON, July 26. A newspaper editorial says that Pre* sident Roosevelt is no longer on trial, for he has given of his best. The eyes of the world aro turned on the whola American people. Much more is at stake than the immediate well-being g£ America. The failure of the American ■ experiment amounts to universal disaster; its progress should be watched with deep and friendly interest.
