Wheat cargoes are firm on Canadian advices. Manitobas are held for an advance of Is 3d. Australians are unchanged and inclined to ease. Demand is inactive. Parcels are steady, but brilliant weather, combined with free offers of Russian, German, and French, kept buyers out of the market.
Future prices:—London, September 24s IVzd per quarter, December 25s ZV2II, February 25s BJ/£d;8 J/£d; Liverpool, July 5s 5%d per cental, October 5s Bd, December 5s 9%d, March 5s 11 %d.
