The announcement from Chmtchurch that Magna Charta had been destroyed was, in the words of Mark Twain, "grossly exaggerated." He is still well alive, and now it is reported that his owner-trainer, E. Shaw, does not consider his trouble to bo serious. Apparently he twisted a joint on landing over a hurdle. He is remaining at Washdyke till he is fit enough to travel, and probably a short spell will then be necessary for him. ,
