(By "Kahgatira.")
As the Monowai, being on the American run, cannot take horses to Sydney, the date of Autopay's departure on his third' Epsom mission has been brought forward to August 3. He •will travel on tho Wanganella,, leaving Wellington, on that date, and he will again go over in charge of the stable's head lad, C. Wills, in whose care he was on his trip last Easter.' No rider has been obtained for him yet in the. Epsom, but it1 is hoped to have the services of T. Webster (who won the La Perouse Handicap on him at the A.J.C. Autumn Meeting in April) in some of Ms races on the present trip. His joint owners, Messrs. N. E. Aitken and H. I\ Wood, will be going across at the. end of next month or early in September.
