COURT PROCEEDINGS
(By Teleeraph.—Press 'Association.) NAPIER, This Day
Frederick John Alfred Hart, winner of tho £2000 prizo in the recent Luck at Last art union,, appeared in _ Court this morning charged with, failing to provide adequate maintenance for his wife. He was remanded till Friday.
At the same time, a civil action for £8 10s was brought, and counsel admitted that his client had been inundated with similar claims since his arrival at Napier,
